TERMS & CONDITONS:

• Seven Moons has the right to withdraw or cancel services at anytime. An example of where we may withdraw services is if there has been multiple cancelations or any unauthorised chargebacks from the client previously. If there are power outages, internet services are down or any other technical issue preventing us from proceeding with an online order. Or if there are other circumstances beyond our control.
•  By using this website and placing an order you are giving Seven Moons permission to make financial transactions with the website and financial methods such as PayPal, Square Payments, etc. If you make a transaction you are doing so with your own financial information and are responsible for any information you provide.  If fraudulent details are entered you will be responsible for any repercussions from doing so. 
• From time to time there may be downtime of this website based on maintenance, technological issues, etc. If this occurs we will endeavour to get it back up and running as soon as possible, and Seven Moons will be waived of any errors that occur during this downtime.
• Any part of this website including but not limited to photographs, videos, product information, business information, staff information is under copyright and are not to be used on any publication which is physical or digital without prior consent. By doing so, you may be in breach of copyright laws and may be held liable for further action. This includes both commercial or non-commercial use.
• Seven Moons has the right to disable user accounts at their own discretion.
